Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is currently seeking a motivated and confident Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is a work-from-home opportunity located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat.


Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
Utilize research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries
Use persuasion techniques to upsell products or services to customers
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:

3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Strong research skills to quickly find information and solutions to customer inquiries
Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products or services
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
