Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting departmentType accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and recordsPrepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statementsReconcile accounts in a timely mannerDaily enter key data of financial transactions in databaseProvide assistance and support to company personnelResearch, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepanciesInform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areasFunction in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable lawsConstantly update job knowledgeAdhoc assigned by management from time to timeAccounting Clerk Requirements:Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting softwareAbility to perform filing and record keeping tasksData entry and word processing skillsWell organizedFamiliarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting proceduresAssociate's degree or relevant certification is a plusCommitment to working efficiently and accurately, preferably stay nearby the Calamba City, Laguna.
