Job Description:
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information on Quest Diagnostics products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating client visits as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
