Job Description:

Omnicom Group is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer care or related field.


Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in customer care or a similar role
Strong planning and organizational skills
High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to adapt to ever-changing customer needs and environments
