Logistics Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods to various destinations

Maintain updated records of inventory and ensure accurate stock records

Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and customs forms

Communicate with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries

Organize and optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval

Assist in the development and implementation of logistics processes and procedures

Provide general administrative support to the logistics department, such as data entry and filing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

Familiar with PEZA and BOC processing

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
