To support HR initiatives, manage recruitment, and develop learning and development programs to ensure effective HR operations; Will provide guidance on policies, maintain employee records, and handle performance management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
  • Atleast 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner and Learning & Development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Willing to report onsite at Carbon Market office, Mon-Fri 9am6pm
