Education

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering, Management, Business/Public Administration, or any other related courses


Training

:

Eight (8) hours of relevant training, including 4 hours of supervisory training


Experience

:

At least two (2) years of relevant experience, including one year of management related to warehouse, logistics, production, financial, and quality control standard setting, as well as working knowledge of donation facilitation/processing/monitoring and volunteers' assistance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision, performs technical, administrative, and support functions of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) and other related work.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Acts as the Unit Head of the Machine Operations Unit.
2. Provides administrative and technical support to the Production Management Section (PMS).
3. Designs and implements Preventive, Corrective Maintenance Plans for all Production machineries and Equipment.
4. Crafts Project Proposals for procuring needed machinery, equipment, and consumable parts.
5. Monitors Project Proposals and ensures their approval and implementation.
6. Conducts market scanning.
7. Conducts pre and post-production assessments of machinery.
8. Supervises and assists in minor repair and troubleshooting.
9. Conducts monthly maintenance and cleaning of all production hub machines, equipment, tools, and other electrical appliances.
10. Supervises and monitors the receipt and release of consumable parts.
11. Supervises the preparation and set up of production machines in each workstation.
12. Double-checks all daily reports before submission to the section head.
13. Develops and implements standards/criteria for the proper maintenance of production machinery, tools, equipment and other electrical appliances.
14. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time.

2. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports regarding Machine Operations, Performance and status
