JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision, performs administrative and support functions of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) and other related work.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Acts as a Receiving Officer of the Warehouse and Transport Management Section.
2. Enhanced monitoring tool for all incoming both Procured food and non-food items.
3. Assists in monitoring all incoming food and non-food procurement.
4. Prepares and coordinates with the warehouse in charge of the storage plan for scheduled incoming relief goods.
5. Facilitates the receiving/storing of incoming procured and donated items.
6. Preparation of acknowledgment receipt for the received incoming deliveries of Procured and Donated Items.
7. Facilitates the receiving / proper storing of procured and kitted products.
8. Assists in the updating and reconciliation of Stock Cards and Inventory Reports.
9. Reviews / validates Purchase Orders / Delivery Receipts and other documents related to incoming deliveries.
10. Handles the data tracking of incoming deliveries for both procured and donated and adequately maintains the records/files of the Section.
11. Monitors the submission of reports and other documents required by the Section.
12. Assists in the conduct of actual inspection of all incoming items before receiving
13. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
