Our respected client is looking for TD and ER experience in manufacturing set up with 5 years for the position of HR Executive position.
The job is based in Subic, Freeport Zone, Philippines.Job Summary:
The HR Executive will involves managing employee relations activities, resolving conflicts, and implementing training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Conflict Resolution:
Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and disputes between employees, teams, or management, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Employee Grievances:
Address employee grievances and concerns promptly, conducting thorough investigations and implementing appropriate solutions.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures, providing guidance to both employees and management to maintain compliance.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction.
Employee Feedback:
Collect and analyze feedback from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement in the workplace.
Training and Development:
Training Needs Assessment:
Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization through various methods such as performance appraisals, skill assessments, and employee feedback.
Training Program Design:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on areas such as leadership, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions using various methods including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and one-on-one coaching, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Performance Improvement:
Collaborate with managers to create personalized development plans for employees to improve their performance and achieve career goals.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
HR Administration:
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee relations and training activities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Documentation:
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to employee relations issues, training progress, and program outcomes.
Communication:
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees, ensuring clarity and consistent understanding.
Collaboration and
Reporting:
Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members, management, and cross-functional departments to align employee
relations and training initiatives with overall business objectives.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports and insights to HR managers on employee relations trends, training effectiveness, and engagement levels.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and training program development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of employment laws and regulation
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skill
