JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general supervision performs technical, administrative, and support functions of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related work.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Acts as the Transport Management Officer of the Warehouse Management Section.
2. Facilitates and monitors the release and issuance of relief items for delivery and ensures its proper documentation and recording.
3. Ensures timely monitoring of the dispatches from in transit to arrival and receiving of goods.
4. Monitors the NROC truck's condition and provides a report on the need for any repairs.
5. Orients and supervises escort staff that will be deployed.
6. Updates RIS/IF and Summary of Releases.
7. Prepares memorandum, proposals, TOR, and other correspondents related to Transport Management Unit activities.
8. Prepares certificates, liquidations for reimbursement, endorsement, etc.
9. Properly maintains the records and files of the Unit.
10. Monitor the submission of reports and other documents required by the Division.
