Job Description:

As the Head of Sales - IT, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, conducting market research and analysis to capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance customer experience, and increase efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the IT industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month
