Job Title: Sales Head (Real Estate Broker)
Job Description:
As Sales Head at OV Realty Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our team of real estate agents and brokers. You will be responsible for driving sales, setting targets, and ensuring the success of our sales team. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 per month, along with employee benefits, override commission, and commission for personal sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents and brokers
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Licensed real estate broker
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record of sales success
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
