The Head of Sales is responsible for building, developing and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management to aid in resource allocation and planning.
  • Propose salary policies, incentives, and contests tailored for Sales staff, ensuring alignment with the company's budget while being competitive with the market.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align strategies and resources.
  • Report results and operations directly to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
  • At least 05 years of experience in managing field sales teams.
  • Solid knowledge of the fintech, banking, and insurance industries, especially consumer lending products.
  • Have the ability to operate and develop a Sales network nationwide.
  • Be able to deliver reports and analyses.
  • Solid planning skills, efficiently operating and managing.
  • Working under high pressure
  • Ability to travel frequently
