B. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education / Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • At least five years' work experience in handling Sales & Marketing
  • Real Estate background is a must
  • Licensed Real Estate broker is a plus.

2. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest

sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices. Strong organizational,

critical thinking, customer service skills and be able to manage a team.

C. JOB PURPOSE

Sales & Marketing Head is responsible to manage the sales and marketing department

effectively by developing/formulating the sales and marketing plan, and spearheading the

execution/implementation of said plan that will focus on meeting the organizational

objectives, particularly the delivery of sales and achievement of sales targets on a monthly

and annual basis.

D. ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Measure

  • Develop an annual sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the company's objectives and the department's KRA's, which details the activities to be done during the fiscal year.
  • Formulates annual incentive programs/rewards system, subject to the approval of the

General Manager and President, dedicated to selling brokers and aimed at achieving sales targets, and manages its launching and implementation.

  • Conducts monthly departmental meetings to review and discuss prior months

accomplishments and sets goals/objectives gives directions for the current and succeeding months such as sales targets, available inventories for sale, as well as sales and marketing activities and requirements.

  • Review and recommend for approval the schedule of sales and marketing activities

submitted by the marketing unit on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Design monthly sales promos, subject to approval of the General Manager and President, in conjunction with the approved marketing activities and department's budget.
  • Review and evaluates monthly sales deliveries of all sales networks, together with the

broker's management team, and acts accordingly.

  • Formulates sales strategies on a monthly basis or as needed and oversees its

Implementation and ensures the achievement of its objectives.

  • Manages/oversees the day-to-day operations of the department's units: sales reservation,

broker's management, marketing, and training.

  • Prepares monthly sales and marketing reports for presentation to top management based

on the monthly reports of all units of the department.

  • Review and approves training modules prepared by the training unit, evaluates training

results, and acts accordingly.

11. Reviews and recommends for approval various requests of buyers and brokers.

12. Checks and approves requests for payments for various expenses of the department.

13. Checks and approves requests for advance commissions.

14. Attends to various concerns of brokers and buyers elevated to him/her.

15. Attends to some brokers' requests for individual meeting, to build strong relationships

and ensure top performance.

16. Review and evaluates performance of tasks assigned to each staff of the sales and

symposiums, exhibition, etc. as required.

18. Attends brokers & agents meetings, convention & other related activities as required.
