  • Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability within the sales department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Oversee the development of proposals, bids, and contracts to secure new business.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
  • Applicants from Telecommunications or Banking Industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Must be amenable to report onsite in Makati Office
