Job Summary:
The AgroSolar Site Admin will be responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day site operations of the AgroSolar project. This role ensures smooth coordination between the AgroSolar Project Head, farmers, partners, and customers by managing financial disbursements, record-keeping, inventory, and delivery operations. The Site Admin will also serve as the primary liaison with CoGrow's team to ensure compliance with operational standards and efficient execution of site activities, and to absorb agricultural knowledge and best practices from CoGrow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and disburse weekly payouts to farmers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor log sheets, acknowledgement receipts, and related financial documentation.
- Handle liquidation of cash advances related to farmer payouts.
- Oversee and regularly check inventory of AgroSolar equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Accompany and supervise delivery of harvests to customers, ensuring proper billing and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with CoGrow's team for knowledge transfer, operational monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Support other site-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the agriculture or farming industry preferred.
- Knowledge and ability to prepare financial and operational reports.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to site-level challenges.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with farmers, partners, and customers.
- Physically fit and in good health; able to work under varying weather conditions, including heat exposure.
- At least vocational or college-level graduate (any course related to agriculture, business, or administration is an advantage).
- Willing to do site visits from time to time.
