Position: Sales Admin
Work Setup: Mon to Fri-Onsite; Sat-Remote
Job Description:
Documentation & Order Processing
- Handle documentation, order processing, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and delivery requests.
- Monitor sales orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Data Reporting
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Manage CRM system records, ensuring client and lead information is accurate and up to date.
Sales & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist in internal communication and coordination across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Project & Marketing Support
- Perform project management tasks, including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support marketing initiatives such as campaign execution, content coordination, events, and other activities that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
And other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeto support departmental and organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales admin or coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems (Odoo is an advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
