k. Clients Llist with conact details

l. List of active and inactive clients

m. Accreditation monitoring (both for Prime star and Buildsmart)

  1. In charge of answering land phone in Unit C

  2. Cascade daily sales update thru sales group chat

  3. Coordinate with admin of BSSI regarding needed documents for accreditation

  4. Coordinate with sales people regarding reports, clients, list of accreditation, DAR, leaves and other work related concerns

  5. Regularly Update files such as clients list, accreditation monitoring, (both for Prime Star and BSSI), stock inventory and other reports

  6. Coordinate With Executive assistant of the President regarding documents for signature, instructions, announcements and memos to be cascaded.

  7. Coordinate with accounting regarding payment for module/ renewal of CRIF, notarization of Secretary Certificate and cash advance request of sales people.

  8. In charge of submitting DARs od sales to HR every cut off

  9. Collate itineraries of sales and forward to Executive Assistant of the President

  10. Responsible in checking the turn over list, cellphoes and laptops of resigned sales persons

  11. Do minutes of meeting in the absence of the Executive assistant

  12. Keep and record documents related to sales

  13. Assisting/sending directly of credit application form to customer- (credit payment terms)

  14. Making announcements to sales team department (coordination of CRM)

  15. Assisting sales team (Price, stocks, inventory,)

OTHER RESPONSIBILITY

· Performs other related functions as deemed necessary assigned to him/her by the company officials from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
