Sales and Admin Assistant

The Sales and Admin Assistant specializes and supports both sales and administrative functions, with a focus on facilitating interactions with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS). This position includes tasks to ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines, support the sales team, and efficiently manage administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of bidding documents in accordance with PhilGEPS guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for bidding purposes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bidding activities.
- Organize and archive bidding documents for future reference.
- Attends PhilGEPS bidding via online and face to face.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with PhilGEPS regulations and the public procurement process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications for documentation and data management.
- Knowledge of public procurement laws and regulations is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
