Senior ERP Specialist

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and features based on business requirements.
  • Customize standard Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Create and modify reports (QWeb, PDF, Excel) and dashboards.
  • Ensure all customizations are scalable and follow best coding practices.
  • Monitor, tune, and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability.
  • Manage database backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Conduct regular health checks, indexing, vacuuming, and query optimization.
  • Secure databases against threats and unauthorized access.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party APIs and internal systems (e.g., e-commerce, payment gateways, IoT, or WMS).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Odoo and its environment
  • Work with business analysts and key users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and system admins.
  • Performs special tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time as the need arises.
  • Implements and practice 5S, GMP and HACCP in the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related
  • With at least 5-6 years of relevant professional experience with Odoo ERP systems. 3 years of hands-on experience in PostgreSQL database administration
  • Willing to work on-site daily from Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm
  • Amenable to travel for work to different branches, service provided
