As a Procurement Specialist, your primary role will involve the purchasing of technology equipment, maintaining relationships with our vendors as well as seeking out new vendor relationships, inventory management, and conducting detailed audits of vendor invoices to maximize profits while reducing losses.

This position will be focused on:

  • Procuring technology equipment including hardware, software, and licensing.
  • Engaging with existing vendors and building relationships with new ones.
  • Conduct detailed audits of vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Managing inventory, which includes shipping and receiving.
  • Communicating with internal team members and clients regarding expectations of product availability, ship dates and arrival dates.

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exhibits strong customer service skills.

  • Follow-Through: Shows strong commitment to follow-through to ensure accuracy.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of server and computer hardware.
