Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong digital marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of current marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms, creating engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
  • Create and manage content for websites and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, HR and others) to support promotional activities and product launches.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management software to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, promotions, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for events, promotions, and business meetings as required.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in content creation for various digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and shifting priorities.
