What will you do?

·    Manage and optimize the entire upstream supply chain process, sourcing finished goods products of Inside Group and outside Group of Schneider Electric Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

·    Develop and implement strategic plans for sourcing, procurement, and supplier management to ensure the supply chain is robust and efficient.

·    Monitor IG/OG vendor performance and ensure to meet the KPI's, identify areas for improvement

·    Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to reduce supply chain costs.

·    Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and lead the team.

·    Manage PO health levels to ensure the availability of Finished goods while minimizing inventory holding costs.

·    Analyze supply chain data and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

·    Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field

·    Experience in supply chain management, with a focus on upstream operations

·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

·    Knowledge of supply chain systems and processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics

·    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

·    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

·    With Knowledge in SAP system; highly proficient in Excel software

·    Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
