About the role

Awesome Hotel Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in San Juan La Union. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our supply chain operations to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Your strategic insights will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the procurement of goods and services to meet the hotel's operational requirements
  2. Analyse demand forecasts and inventory levels to optimise stock levels and minimise waste
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and ensure reliable delivery
  4. Oversee the logistics of receiving, storing, and distributing supplies to various departments
  5. Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accurate records and optimise space utilisation
  6. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with the hotel's strategic objectives
  8. Prepare detailed reports and provide insights to management on supply chain performance

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar supply chain or procurement role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  3. Proficient in inventory management, procurement, and logistics best practices
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Familiarity with supply chain management software and data analysis tools
  7. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  8. With Valid Drivers license
