Overview

Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating with departments and suppliers, and managing marketing records and assets.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist members of the marketing team in execution of activities, events, campaigns
  • Keep internal records organized, including contact reports, minutes of meeting, budget records, etc.
  • Apply and secure permits for marketing activities such as DTI permits, mall permits, advertising permits, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as finance and procurement
  • Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and mall contacts to facilitate marketing projects and activities
  • Assist in sourcing and coordinating with suppliers as well as managing payment for suppliers
  • Provide support to marketing team by answering inquiries, coordinating meeting schedules
  • Prepare necessary reports and monitoring documents on marketing activities
  • Coordinate with Creative Team to produce requested output from other marketing members or internal departments; including preparing Job Order forms, preparing Final Art materials to be sent to supplier, etc.
  • Assist in managing inventory of marketing assets including complimentary books, premium items from publishers, promotional materials, etc.
