Project Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans using project management software.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of stone, marble, and fit-out components.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Prepare resource allocation plans and manage labor, materials, and equipment for effective project delivery.
• Ensure all construction activities align with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and compliance with project milestones.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source and secure quality stone and marble materials.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks, solutions, and achievements.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource management for assigned projects.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and fit-out specialists to align project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 yrs or more year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience working with luxury fit-out projects or high-end stone and marble installations.
• Proficient in project planning, adept at monitoring and controlling projects using computerized critical path analysis techniques and bar charts.
• Possesses a practical, hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines, all while remaining goal-oriented.
• Monitors weekly and monthly progress accomplishment of on-going projects.
• Proficient in the use of Primavera P6/MS Project
• Willing to be assigned in CLARK Pampanga
