About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide after-sales support to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Gather competitor information to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals.
  • Submit regular reports to management on sales activity and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales).
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
