About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue.
- Negotiate prices and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide after-sales support to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Gather competitor information to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Submit regular reports to management on sales activity and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales).
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
