About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Enterprise Sales Development Manager to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to build and implement short and long-term sales strategies to drive growth in both local and offshore markets, particularly the US and UK. You will be responsible for creating scalable, repeatable sales processes, generating and analyzing reports using CRM systems, and proactively identifying sales channels to maximize results.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and team goals.
  • Develop and execute repeatable sales processes that drive growth in both local and offshore markets.
  • Generate and analyze detailed sales reports to optimize sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Identify and apply effective sales channels to maximize results.
  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and other outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Seek new business opportunities through conference visits, lead generation tactics, and creative approaches.
  • Bulk strong, long-term client relationships to increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with demand and market conditions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.
  • Proven experience in selling ERP systems, specifically NetSuite services, is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of offshore markets, particularly the US and UK, with some exposure to AUS.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools like HubSpot and lead generation platforms like Apollo.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and processes that scale effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from sales data.
