Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to play a critical role in driving new business growth, nurturing key relationships, and managing a portfolio of high-value client accounts. As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will leverage your experience in sales, account management, and negotiation while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, delivering exceptional service and satisfaction through proactive relationship building and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility through consistent communication and value delivery.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product) to align client needs with company offerings, driving innovation and differentiation.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account performance and growth opportunities, informing strategic business decisions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats, positioning CMB Ace Marketing Inc for success.
- Track sales activity, preparing regular reports on performance to inform data-driven decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers and sales team members as needed, promoting skills development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts, demonstrating expertise and results orientation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively to identify growth opportunities, driving business expansion and profitability.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and open communication within CMB Ace Marketing Inc.
