We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Management Professional to join our team at LONGi Solar. As a key member of our overseas sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing the team, completing tasks and quotas set by the company, and developing sales strategies for corresponding markets.
Responsibilities:- Assist in team building and management, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for international markets, including sales plans and forecasts.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
