As our SDR Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team targeting the AU market based in the Philippines. Your key function will be to understand the elements of successful outbound campaigns and leverage the latest technologies in digital sales.
As a strong manager, you will lead by example, working within a professional team in a high-growth industry. Your career path in sales management has no limits.
Key Responsibilities- Train and support your SDR team to ensure their success.
- Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with your team to discuss progress and goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations and oversee the recruitment process as the company scales its sales development organization.
- Analyze metrics to improve efficiency in SDR processes.
- Prospect and build the sales pipeline for Account Executives through various engagement methods.
- Identify key decision-makers and encourage creativity in strategic thinking for outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Log all communications in the CRM and share best practices with the team.
- Degree qualified or equivalent.
- Experience in sales/operations management across multiple Geos.
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales management/operations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce/Pardot/Sales Navigator/High Velocity Sales.
- Proficiency in presentation and conferencing tools.
