Regional Sales Lead

The Regional Sales Lead is responsible for leading and managing regional distributor's daily, periodic, and annual sales operations that will ensure the achievement of the annual sales plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage distributor sales force for the achievement of sales & distribution targets in the assigned region.
- Motivate and support distributor sales team to achieve set goals.
- Assign sales targets to specific territories within the assigned region, per distributor.
- Monitor performance of sales personnel and provide necessary training and guidance to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with distributor leadership, sales, and support groups.
- Analyze and interpret sales reports.
- Ensure AR is a minimum of 95% current.
- Regularly interface with internal customers: Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing.
Requirements:
- University degree with 7-10 years of experience in handling DISTRIBUTOR OPERATIONS.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent planning skills, initiative, collaboration and teamwork, and promotion of ethical values.
- Expertise in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PPT).
- Exposure to handling people.
- Working knowledge in Category and Demand management.
