About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives within the Davao region, focusing on building strong relationships with project clients and expanding Daikin's market share in the commercial and industrial airconditioning sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve market development targets and sales goals for key accounts set by management.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales and improve sales force productivity and revenue goals.
  • Manage pre-bid meetings, technical inquiries, bid presentations, site inspections, quotations, supplier accreditation documents, and project turnover reports.
  • Supervise project sites and client visits, facilitate technical specification presentations, and propose value-based selling for possible project opportunities and sales.
  • Evaluate sales and team performances, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
  • Communicate and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and profits, conduct monthly project listings, and manage gross profit simulation reports.
  • Govern account receivables, work closely with teams to close sales negotiations, and ensure overdue accounts are responsibly managed.
  • Study competitor products, activities, and pricing derived from key accounts, specifiers, and other strategic channels.
  • Handle business inquiries, address concerns, and ensure escalations and disputes are coordinated with sales leadership and resolved.
  • Manage team resources, steer company campaigns and program proposals, administer staffing requirements, and develop budgets.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to close complex sales deals.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and recommend appropriate airconditioning solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Amenable to work in Davao City.
  • Available to start immediately.
