Regional Channel Sales Strategist

As a Regional Channel Sales Strategist with Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and cultivating long-term partnerships in the photovoltaic (PV) and power grid sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Partner Relationships: Execute the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) process within designated regions to strengthen relationships with key partners.
  2. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed channel sales targets through strategic engagement with key customers (KAs), developers, EPCs, and local channel partners.
  3. Develop Local Ecosystem: Build cooperation mechanisms with local power grid companies, developers, EPCs, and key customers to support Huawei's photovoltaic grid and energy solutions.
  4. Sales Target Planning: Work with partners to set regional sales targets based on market insights and product strategies. Drive the achievement of sales objectives through market tactics and management tools.
  5. Channel Partner Development: Plan and build a solid network of channel partners, including resellers, EPCs, and installers, to promote Huawei's growth in the region.
  6. Sales Activities & Policies: Develop and execute channel policies, enablement strategies, training, and marketing activities to motivate and support partners.
  7. Collaborate Across Departments: Coordinate with sales, product, service, and commercial teams to build and enhance the regional channel ecosystem, improve service quality, and strengthen the Huawei brand.
  8. Data & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback analysis. Identify new opportunities, improve sales strategies, and innovate continually to enhance channel performance.
