We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Okura Manila. As a key member of our front office team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met
• Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant departments
• Maintain accurate records, including appointment calendars and visitor logs
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and sending faxes
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a front office setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• High school degree, with preference for those with relevant coursework or certifications
