Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodation. As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be responsible for registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
Responsibilities:
* Register guests, collecting necessary information and verifying their credit card data
* Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
* Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
* Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished
* Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees
* Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
