Job Title: Reservation Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team at Hotel Okura Manila.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest reservations, including room assignments and special requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room preparation and amenities.
  • Process and handle guest payments, including credit card transactions and cash handling.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
