Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Okura Manila.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as needed.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
