Administrative Support Associate for Hotel Reception

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Associate to join our team at Hotel Okura Manila.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front office support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, directing them to their desired destinations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, responding to queries and forwarding messages as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Ensure security protocols are upheld, controlling access to restricted areas through the reception desk.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings with ease.
- Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing documents.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in a front office setting, handling receptionist responsibilities with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on administrative tools.
- A professional demeanor, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to remain resourceful and proactive when faced with unexpected challenges.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively.
