Hotel Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton Manila. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and manage their reservations, ensuring accurate and timely check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring seamless communication with guests and other hotel departments.
  • Process payments and verify credit card information, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for guests.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Upsell additional services and facilities, promoting the hotel's offerings and enhancing revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions, supporting the hotel's operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
