Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, directing them to their desired location.
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival and maintain security and telecommunications systems.
  • Manage meeting room availability and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.
  • Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
