About the Role:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact at JMM hotel, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and sign in visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Receive and sort mail, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Provide administrative support to the hotel team, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
