Key Account Sales Manager

About the Role
This is a senior-level sales position that will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing corporate or institutional accounts in construction, architectural design, or a similar field.
Main Responsibilities
-Promote all company products and services to current and prospective clients through targeted sales activities such as presentations to design and architectural firms and real estate brokers.
-Identify new sales prospects and engage with these and other assigned accounts to generate leads.
-Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge to effectively present to clients.
-Address and resolve client issues within 24 hours, coordinating with Managers as necessary.
-Prepare status reports covering daily field activities, account status, closed accounts, and follow-ups based on quarterly goals.
-Present monthly KPI reports and performance concerns in meetings.
-Supervise and support Sales Representatives, providing training and coaching plans quarterly.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-5 years of experience in managing corporate or institutional accounts in construction, architectural design, or a similar field.
-Strong business acumen with a focus on new opportunities.
-Willingness to travel across locations.
-Ability to work onsite in an office environment.
