">We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

- Develop and implement account plans to drive new sales and revenue growth;">
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client base;">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences;">
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, emails, and phone calls;">
- Provide regular updates to management on client progress and performance;">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field;">
- At least 1-year experience in sales or business development and account management;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results;">
- Able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team;">
- Result-oriented, organized, and keen on details;">
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;">
- Ability to present proposal up to Executive Level;">
