We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Relationship Manager to join our team at Risewave Consulting Inc in the Laguna region. As a Key Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and retention. You will work closely with our partnered bank to understand their needs and develop strategic initiatives to achieve our goals.

You will be based in one of our assigned branches in Laguna, Alabang, BGC, Makati, Caloocan, Manila, Rizal, Tarlac, or Cebu. As a Key Account Relationship Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Offer traditional and variable products to clients of our partnered bank
  • Deliver exceptional sales performance and acquire new business
  • Retain quality business for your assigned branch and area

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong internal and external customer focus. You should be a team player with high energy, motivation, and the ability to set your own goals and priorities.

A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome career shifters who have a minimum of 1 year of solid sales and account management experience in the financial services industry. The estimated salary for this role is around PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
