Key Account Business Developer

At GB Roncal Group of Companies, we are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Business Developer to join our team.
About the RoleWe offer an attractive compensation package including a salary of $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Presenting products to customers in a clear and concise manner, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication, negotiation, and product recommendation.
- Conducting daily sales calls, face-to-face visits, and ocular inspections at customer sites to ensure effective sales execution.
- Identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories and developing strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations and order suggestions to improve client satisfaction and profitability.
- Monitoring client order status from receipt to delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using technology to manage sales performance.
- Familiarity with sales principles and practices.
