Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our team at HR Network Inc. in Manresa, Quezon City.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promote and present company products and services to current and prospective clients
  • Identify new sales prospects and engage with assigned accounts
  • Conduct targeted sales activities to generate leads
  • Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge
  • Address and resolve client issues within 24 hours
  • Prepare status reports on daily field activities and account status
  • Present monthly KPI reports and performance concerns
  • Supervise and support Sales Representatives, providing training and coaching plans
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing corporate or institutional accounts in construction, architectural design, or a similar field
  • Strong network with architects, engineers, or interior designers
  • Proactive in acquiring and maximizing accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision

Estimated Salary: ₱90,000 - ₱150,000 per month, depending on experience.
