S&L FINE FOODS, INC. is seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About this Role:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, catering establishments, supermarkets, distributors, and corporate accounts
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in key account management or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
