Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Key Account Operations Coordinator to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Update customer details efficiently and effectively, maintaining accurate records for seamless communication.
  • Prepare quotations and job orders for internal accounts, streamlining our order processing system.
  • Issue documents such as delivery receipts and coordinate sales projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain effective communication channels.
  • Compile reports and minutes from meetings, providing valuable insights into our operations.
  • Manage physical inventory reports on a monthly basis, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate requisition processes, supporting our procurement needs.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you will need strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with colleagues across various departments.

A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be invaluable in this role.
