Channel Solutions Sales Manager

**Job Description:**
The Channel Solutions Sales Manager at Exelon Power Solutions Inc. is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners to drive the sales of data center solutions. This role involves recruiting new channel partners, providing training, and offering continuous support to ensure partners are aligned with company goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center solutions and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key channel partners to drive business growth.
- Recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand the partner network.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to channel partners to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Drive the sales of data center solutions through channel partners, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful sales and partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and ensure successful channel partner management.
Working Conditions:
- Willingness to work from Mondays to Friday (Saturday if necessary).
- Ability to start immediately.
